If the society cooperates with us for paperless office, they will get @15% discount on Accounting Charges. The society will be required to accept the following aspects for Paperless Office.
1] Soft Copy Maintenance Bill
In connection with the paperless office, the maintenance bills of the members will be sent to the members by e-mail and sms.
Also, for the convenience of the society, we will send a single PDF file of Bills and Receipts of all members to the society in soft copy every month.
Members will also be able to see their own Bills & Receipts through our Mobile App.
Members should take advantage of these facilities so that they do not need a hard copy of the bill.
2] Depositing of Maintenance Cheques
The maintenance cheques should be entered by the society in our web portal or excel sheet and deposited in the bank itself.
3] Bank Statement in Excel
The society should give us a bank statement in excel format every month through internet banking.
